Terms of Participation in "Jetbull Friendship Bonus" Programme
These terms are effective as from 1-st June 2007 until revoked.
Who can participate in the bonus programme?
All duly registered users of the Jetbull.com server can participate.
Who can be recommended?
Within the bonus programme, each existing user may recommend up to 10 friends and acquaintances, including the family members. Users are entitled to send e-mails only to acquaintances they know personally (no spamming).
How is a person recommended?
The user shall send a promotional e-mail to their friends and acquaintances through a form which is to be found under the link in the Friendship Bonus section. The recipients will find a link to the sign-up at the Jetbull.com server in the e-mail. After clicking the link they will be directed to the sign-up form of the Jetbull.com server where they can set up their own Jetbull accounts.
Who is regarded as a new customer?
A new customer is a person who has never before owned an account at the Jetbull.com server and signs up at Jetbull.com for the first time through the bonus programme on the basis of the promotional e-mail.
The new customer agrees with the fact that the existing user is informed about the sign-up as well as about the first bet from which the amount of remuneration for the existing customer will be counted.
Prerequisites for getting the bonus
a) Existing user
The existing user receives a bonus being a free bet amounting to 30 % of the first bet of each recommended new customer (max. 35 EUR [25 GBP, 50 USD]), if the customer deposits at least 10 EUR, and who at the same time meets the conditions for getting 100 % of the deposit bonus. Free bet may be used for any betting event set by the Jetbull.com server. In case of a win, the existing customer is paid the whole winnings minus the amount of the free bet, ie. the net winnings.
b) New customer
Each new customer will receive up to 100 % deposit bonus from the Jetbull.com server.
The Bonus Amount must be turned around 5 times in full, within the framework of Sporting bets, where each individual bet must contain the overall bid concerning all the betting events, either higher than the 1.5 bid, or equivalent to it.
The Bonus Amount may only be used for the Sporting bets´ section. Transfer to other products (Casino, Games, etc.) is not allowed.
Final provisions
The Jetbull.com server reserves the right to exclude the existing customer and/or the new customer from the participation in the bonus programme in case of any breach of terms and conditions or in case of a suspicion of manipulation and/or an attempt at fraud, whereby both the existing customer and the new customer lose their chance to receive the bonus.
The company does not assume any responsibility for possible spamming on the part of the existing customers.
The company reserves the right to terminate the bonus programme at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.
