I have uploaded my documents and nothing happens
It usually takes up to 5 working days to verify your documents. You will be informed about the verification by an email in your Jetbull news account.
What type of documents do I have to send?
We always require a colour copy of your national ID card or a passport. If this document does not include your address, we also require a colour copy of a utility bill. If you have used a credit card to make a deposit into your Jetbull account, we will require a colour scan of BOTH sides of your credit card in order to ensure that you are the true owner of this card.
How long does it take to approve my documents?
It usually takes up to 5 working days. You will be informed about the verification by an email in your Jetbull news account.
I have not received my first deposit bonus
This bonus is paid directly after your first deposit. Please make sure you are eligible to receive this bonus. In order to be eligible for this bonus your first deposit must not be later than 10 days after registration. When you register and deposit funds into your Jetbull account within the required 10-day time frame, a pop up box will ask you whether or not you accept our bonus offer and the terms and conditions that govern this bonus offer. If you clicked "No" you are not eligible to receive this bonus if you change your mind afterwards.
Which payment option can I use to receive the bonus?
You can receive your first deposit bonus with all options for depositing.
I have made a deposit, but the funds have not reached my Jetbull account.
All the deposits should be on your account immediately. If you did not receive your deposit, please send an email with the transaction number (always starts with JB...) to our customer support.
When can I make a withdrawal?
As soon as your documents have been approved and your bonus amount is turned over, your account is automatically open for withdrawal.
How long does a withdrawal take?
All our withdrawals need to be checked on individual bases. This is normally done within 5 working days until we send the funds to your account. In some cases it can take a bit longer.
Which withdrawal option can I use?
You always have to withdraw in the same way as you have deposited. If it is not possible to withdraw in that way (for example you deposited by debit card or e-wallet) we will automatically open your account for withdrawal by bank transfer.
